1. Delivery to countries of EU and CIS is provided by post. Delivery is free.
2. If there are goods in stock, preparation of the goods and shipment is within 2 days after payment.
3. In case of absence of goods in stock, preparation of the goods and shipment is within 7 days. 
Estimated delivery depends on the location of the customer and is determined by the post.

Return of the goods

  4. The style is not suitable for you;

In the first 3 cases company “Merlin” will compensate you all postage costs.
In the 4th and 5th cases postage costs are not compensated.
The product mustn’t be damaged and mustn’t have a wear mark.
Worn or damage products are non-returnable.

The ways of return

  1. To send a registered parcel by Russian post: 170034, Russia, Tver, Tchaikovsky avenue 40/2 “Merlin store” with the list of contents and written claim in free format.
The letter must specify:
-a reason for return;
-if you want to exchange the product, please write model, size and color;
-if you want to make a refund, please write a convenient way of refund;
-proof of purchase.

Parcels with payment on delivery will not be accepted for return.

All purchased products have 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
All claims for defective goods are accepted only during the warranty period.
All fur and leather products go through pre-purchase inspection.
Seams, buttons, zippers, hooks, clips  are carefully checked by professionals.
After purchase a product in our online store, each customer receives a receipt with the date of sale, seller's signature and stamp of the store. It gives an extra guarantee of quality and confirms the fact that the product was purchased in our store.
When you purchase the goods in our store you get care instructions.

We will make an examination in accordance with your claim.
When a warranty case is confirmed, you will be offered the following options :
 - elimination of defects
-  exchange for another similar product
 - refund in any convenient way for you.
